Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

All sales are final; however, your satisfaction is our priority!

  • Inspect Early: Please check your order as soon as it arrives! Any claims for missing or damaged items need to be made within 15 days.
  • Defects: If your item arrives with a functional manufacturing defect, please let us know within 15 days at hello@eyenoggin.com so we can address this concern.
  • Exchanges or returns: If we approve a return or exchange for a defect, your item must be shipped back in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For a refund or exchange request, you will be responsible for sending your package to:

EYENOGGIN LLC
25422 Trabuco Rd.
Ste 105-610
Lake Forest, CA 92630

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and let you know if a refund or exchange was approved. If approved, we will send you a replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@eyenoggin.com. If not approved, items will be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange.

Shipping and Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and arrangements associated with returning the item.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for any item accepted for a return.
