Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Because our products are custom-made or 3D-printed to order, please allow at least 10 business days for us to carefully produce and inspect your items before they are shipped.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Larger orders may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally but that may change in the future.  

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Sales Tax, Customs and Duties

Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by law based on the shipping destination. For California residents, sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout in accordance with state regulations.

EyeNoggin LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Loss

EyeNoggin LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once we transfer the package to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

While we aren't liable for carrier damage, we want you to have a great experience. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@eyenoggin.com so we can guide you through the carrier claim process.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
