Looking for a twist on one of our current products or a tailored variation? We’d love to help! We offer custom modifications on our existing themed products—including custom colors, sizing adjustments, specialized adapters, and themed workbook variations.
How to Order a Custom Modification
1. Submit Request: Fill out our Contact Us form with the following information:
- Link or name of the base product
- Desired dimensions, colors, or modifications
- Quantity needed
- Desired delivery date
Please note: By submitting a request, you agree to our Terms of Service.
2. Consultation & Quote: We’ll evaluate your request against our current production capabilities, confirm feasibility, and email you a quote with an estimated timeline. (Final pricing varies by materials and design scope.)
3. Custom Invoice: Once the quote and details are mutually agreed upon, we’ll send a personalized checkout link to place your order.
Important Policy: Custom Requests vs. New Concepts
1. Custom Variations & Production Rights
When requesting custom modifications through our website or direct communication channels:
- Customer Artwork & Rights: You confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights for any text, logos, or design files provided, and agree to hold us harmless against third-party claims.
- Intellectual Property Ownership: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing via a signed Exclusive Rights Agreement, all digital files, CAD/3D models, physical prototypes, and setups created by us remain our exclusive intellectual property.
- Catalog & Display Rights: We reserve the right to showcase or add non-proprietary custom designs created by our team to our standard catalog and portfolio.
2. Unsolicited Idea & Concept Policy
To avoid potential misunderstandings if independently developed products resemble outside submissions, we do not accept unsolicited product ideas, general business concepts, or external inventions without a formal agreement.
- Non-Confidential Submissions: Unsolicited ideas shared without a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are treated as non-confidential, non-compensatory, and non-proprietary.

- Non-Toxic PLA: Our blocks are manufactured using high-quality PLA, a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch.
- BPA & Lead-Free: BelloMe Blocks are free from BPA, phthalates, and lead-based pigments.
- Additional Manufacturing Note: Due to the 3D-printing process, small strings or minor surface imperfections may occur. We hand-inspect every block for safety, but if a block becomes cracked or shows signs of delamination (layer separation), please discontinue use immediately.

Care & Handling
To ensure the longevity and precision of your BelloMe Blocks, please follow these specialized care guidelines. Because these blocks are created using high-quality 3D-printed PLA, they require specific handling to maintain their proprietary shape and high-contrast finish.
Temperature Sensitivity
- Do not leave your blocks in a hot car, near a heater, or in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause the material to soften or warp.
- Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature
- Heat Warning: Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 degrees C (122 degrees F). Heat-warped blocks may lose their geometric precision and should be discarded.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Gentle Wipe Only: To clean, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Avoid the Dishwasher: Never place your blocks in a dishwasher or submerge them in boiling water for sterilization. The high heat will permanently deform the 3D-printed geometry.
- Chemical-Free: Avoid harsh solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive scrubbers, which may dull the finish or damage the printed letters and outlines.

- CHOKING HAZARD: This product contains small parts. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Use with adult supervision is recommended for all young children.
- Intended Use: BelloMe Blocks are designed for tabletop educational and visual perceptual exercises. They are not intended for teething, chewing, or rough impact play.
Usage & Safety
Impact Resistance: While PLA is rigid and durable for stacking, tabletop exercises and can withstand rigorous use, please handle with care to prevent damage.
Indoor Use Recommended: To maintain the visual clarity of the proprietary designs, we recommend using BelloMe Blocks primarily indoors.
